Our monthly and annual subscription plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
Subscription renewals (whether monthly or annual) are generally non-refundable. However, if you forget to cancel your subscription and contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge, we will evaluate your refund request on a case-by-case basis.
